2005 Season: Lambert stepped right into the Mastodon system and had a productive year. In 100 at bats, she had 10 runs on 15 hits, with a triple and three homeruns. She batted in 13 runners and connected on 1 of 2 stolen base attempts.

Prep: Will play shortstop for IPFW, but was a catcher at Wabash High School. Her versatility is one of the reasons Ty was a four year All-Conference and All-County selection. She was also named Player-of-the-year in 2004.

Personal: Born August 11, 1985. Ty is the daughter of Mark and Diana Lambert. She has a brother, Chad. Lambert is a speech and hearing therapy major at IPFW.
